The vision calls for service, infrastructure, and rail fleet investments to grow the economy, ensure climate change resiliency, and provide access and equal opportunity for all who live and work in the State of Connecticut.

Bridgeport to Stamford 24 minutes service today, 22 minutes by 2035 with 12 minutes of time savings. Stamford to New York City 52 minutes service today, 45 minutes by 2035 with 7 minutes of time savings.

TIME FOR CT focuses on three core elements: service, infrastructure and Connecticut's rail fleet. These investments, in concert with one another, will speed up trains and shorten travel times.
